EIGHTH & SYCAMORE APARTMENTS

This 17-story mixed-use, multi-unit residential project brings together the development, design, and construction team that delivered the Seven at Broadway luxury apartment tower in 2015. The 8th & Sycamore project includes a new developer partner, 3CDC, which is developing the parking garage and retail portion of the

$52 million structure. The 133 luxury apartments will include studio, 1- and 2- bedroom floor plans, including some residences with den spaces. Each unit will feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and additional luxury finishes. The residential development will boast other high-end amenities including a pool and sun deck, party room, well-appointed exercise room, and a grand lobby. The street level will include two commercial spaces that will have the potential to accommodate retail, dining, or entertainment tenants.
